1. Seamless Content Upload: Upload your meeting recordings via file upload or provide a URL (e.g., Google Drive link). Ensure that all participants are informed about the recording and consent is documented.
2. AI-Driven Transcription and Analysis: The AI transcribes video or audio files, identifies critical points, key topics, and actionable items. It produces a concise summary while attaching the full transcript for reference.
3. Automated CRM Integration: The summarized insights are automatically added to the description field of a Sugar Note. A full text file of the transcription is attached, providing a comprehensive archive.
4. Enhanced Data Privacy: Your data remains secure. All uploaded data files are stored encrypted on servers in the EU (Germany or Finland) or the US (AWS). Afterwards the AI stores the file in memory temporarily and deletes immediately after processing. OpenAI data may not retain data for training purposes. Lastly the data is deleted permanently from the storage server with minimum delay.
